Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the DragorScale website or contact us about a project.

1. About DragorScale

DragorScale is the brand used for this website, based in Bitola, North Macedonia. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the people operating DragorScale.

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@dragorscale.com.

2. Information we receive

When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive information such as:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company name, if provided.
  • Your project stage and the services you are interested in.
  • Your message and subsequent correspondence.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or unnecessary information about other people.

Website and email providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, delivery records, and error details, when providing and protecting their services.

3. How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, and discuss possible work together. When you ask us to take steps toward a contract with you, we process the necessary information for that purpose.

For general inquiries or communication with someone representing an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant messages and discussing potential projects. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where we use technical records to investigate errors or abuse, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website and communications secure and reliable.

4. Providers and access

Our contact form uses Resend to send your inquiry to our inbox. Your submission passes through Resend and the provider hosting our email account. The application does not save inquiries in a database or in your browser storage.

Information may be accessed by the people handling your inquiry and the providers supporting our website, email delivery, and mailbox services, as needed for those purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. International processing

Providers may process information outside North Macedonia. Resend states that it stores data in the United States. See Resend’s security information.

Resend describes its contractual data protection terms and transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. For questions about where your inquiry is processed or the arrangements that apply, contact contact@dragorscale.com.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, discuss your project, and manage any resulting work. We determine that period by whether the conversation or project is active, whether the correspondence is still needed for an agreed follow-up, and whether legal obligations or claims require us to retain it.

Our retention policy is to delete or anonymise information once those purposes no longer apply. Provider delivery records and backup copies may follow separate retention schedules. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your information.

7. Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising cookies or analytics trackers to this website. Hosting services may use technologies necessary to deliver the website or protect it against abuse.

If we introduce optional cookies or tracking technologies, we will explain their purpose and obtain consent where required before enabling them.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact contact@dragorscale.com to make a request. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. You can also complain to North Macedonia’s Agency for Personal Data Protection.

9. Your choices

Contacting us is voluntary. Required form fields allow us to receive and respond to your inquiry. Without them, the form cannot be submitted; you can email us instead. We do not use inquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of significant changes.
